Craftsman 1/2hp Block Bench Grinder

If you are looking at this, you probably already know how great these old grinders are because of their overbuilt windings.

Craftsman Commercial 1/2HP block grinder. Model 397.19590. Capacitor Start Motor. Can be wired for 115 or 230 volt. It’s setup as a buffer. I’ve used this particular buffer to polish all the parts on my vise restorations and it runs very smooth as you can see in this video.
